How do I reset my password?
AccountClick "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and followthe reset link sent to your inbox. If you don't receive theemail, check your spam folder or contact support.
Can I export my project data?
DataYes! Go to Project Settings → Export, choose your format (CSV, PDF,or Excel), and select the data you want to export. Enterprise userscan also use our BI connector.
How do I add team members?
TeamNavigate to Settings → Team Members → Invite. Enter their email address,select their role, and send the invitation. They'll receive an email tojoin your workspace.
What's the difference between roles?
PermissionsAdmin: Full access to all features. Manager: Can manage projects and teammembers. Team Lead: Can manage assigned projects. Employee: Can view and updateassigned tasks.
How do I set up integrations?
IntegrationGo to Settings → Integrations, select the tool you want to connect,and follow the authentication steps. Most integrations are set up in under2 minutes.
